At Donna Bella Hair, we want you to love your extensions; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been removed from the cardboard backing or worn.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your extensions are in their original condition, unopened, and that the security seal has not been tampered with or broken.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
